Valentine’s Day is this Sunday so I’m assuming you have got all the goodies for romance lined up for your special someone.

What about for your clients?

Here’s the definition of romance: a feeling of excitement and mystery associated with love.

Do you love your clients?

I know that word is rarely used in regards to business however, I’m of the belief that a person should love the people they serve or is the service of the highest level?

What might you do this week to romance your clients?

Send them a note in the mail?
Stop by with flowers?
Text them to say you are thinking of them?
Have food/dessert or cookies delivered?

It no doubt depends on the relationship you have with them, and your thinking.

My goal, as you know, is to challenge your thinking, to ask you questions on a weekly basis to stretch your thinking.
